Discovery API (withdrawn)
GET /search, GET /trending and GET /feed used to return content across all creators. They were withdrawn on 2026-08-22: DCAST publishes no cross-creator catalog. The routes still answer, with 410 Gone, so an integration that calls them gets a definite answer rather than an empty list.
